Can anyone tell me which show is with the best sound quality on this tour.

Kansas City is very good

Regarding best of 1984 live recordings i would recommend PHILIDELPHIA 17-9-84 "Perfection at last" EV2 label Ithinks its better than the crystal cat release of the kansas city show.

My favorite is Ev2's A Special Night Vol. 2 at Meadowlands 1984-08-20. Best version of "Atlantic City" I've ever hear. Plus you get "Backstreets", "Rosalita", and "Jungleland" back-to-back-to-back.

Alpine Valley Night (Crystal Cat) 1984-07-12 is also very good.

The MP3 index here is broken down by year and within that by date of show. If you read the welcome thread you will find some general instruction and links to winrar...this is a program similar to winzip which many are more familiar with. You will need winrar to unpackage the mp3's.
Megaupload, rapidshare and mediafire are online storage sites that these concerts have been uploaded to by different users. Each site has different rules regarding how many downloads free users can make in a given time, and some limit the amount of time and upload will remain available, so the occasional dead link will be encountered.
So start in the welcome thread, download and install winrar, then click on the link supplied below as well as throughout the index.

Removed many cuts, some tracks (as noted above) are still missing some parts like the first drumbeats but it's not All that noticeable now.
Audio of course very much enchanced, you'll hear the difference. Clearly one of the best BITUSA tour shows.

One of only two known performances of 'Drift Away'.
